AllAdvantage is the first "get paid to surf" program. They have been paying for several months now. They currently offer immediate downloads for members in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States and various US Territories.

This one is called mValue. It is very similar to AllAdvantage.
GetPaid4 has just released brand new software, their pay rates for your own surfing hover around 40 cents an hour right now and they are allowing 75 hours a month. This makes this program one of the few that allows you to earn enough to qualify for a check each month even before you get any referrals.

Software is kind of buggy, and the stats need a lot of work, but the pay rate for your own surfing hovers around 40 cents an hour right now and they offer unlimited hours. Surfing2Cash has just gone into pay-mode. They have released a brand new Cash Console that seems to work much better than the old one. They are paying people via PayPal.
Here is Desktop Horizon. At this time, they are paying people only with points redeemable for merchandise. They say that they will pay actual $$$ in the future. Tim is using this banner now:

Wow! This one really looks good! It's called Value Pay - and they have gone into pay-mode! Linda is now using thiss banner:
This one is called GoToWorld. Their pay rates are low, but they offer immediate download, and they are in pay-mode now, and they have been issuing checks. Also, they are available in many countries. They have made a new banner available that is much easier to use than their old browser. Also, they have just released get paid to chat software, so now you can earn double! Steve is using this banner right now.
Here's one called PrizeWindow. The newest version of their software allows you to move the adbar. The ad points certainly rack up fast with this one! Hans is using this banner right now. It has been reported that people are receiving checks from these guys. I've decided to run it this month and see how it goes.
OneSRC has actually been around a while, just haven't posted it till now because my userid & password didn't work. They have now corrected the userid & password issues and their software seems to work quite well. It also seems to track earnings quite accurately (unfortunately not in real-time), although you have to subtract your ads from the total to know how many ads your referrals viewed.
PayingAD is brand new. They offer immediate download and they are international. They claim to be paying now, but don't appear to have many advertisers yet. I have a friend in Finland who is receiving ads, but I'm not getting any here in the US. If anyone in the US is currently receiving ads from these guys I'd love to get an email from you!
